Color in Motion

Color in Motion was born on May 3rd of 2020, during the first few month of the pandemic. It was the 12th BODY MEDIUM painting created.  

"Color in Motion was my first virtual live performance painting to a DJ set. Performance artists took a huge hit during the pandemic, we lost our jobs and stages. When platforms such as Twitch TV and Zoom became popular, performance art had a new digital platform to explore.

Color in Motion was a collaboration with DJ Itai, a DJ that plays the Saxophone while he DJ's. My intention for this piece was to explore the relationship between color, movement and music. As always, I perform "in flow" or in the moment, nothing is choreographed, everything is unplanned and authentic."
